1. Approve the enclosed Rules of realization and financing of works on construction, reconstruction, repair, content, diagnostics, certification and tool inspection of highways public of the international and republican value (further - Rules).

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication, except for Item 3 of Rules which becomes effective since July 1, 2014.

Rules of realization and financing of works on construction, reconstruction, repair, content, diagnostics, certification and tool inspection of highways of general of uses of the international and republican value

1. General provisions

1. These rules of realization and financing of works on construction, reconstruction, repair, content, diagnostics, certification and tool inspection of highways public of the international and republican value (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 8-1) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 17, 2001 "About highways" and determine procedure for realization and financing of works on construction, reconstruction, repair, content, diagnostics, certification and tool inspection of highways public of the international and republican value by the National operator by management of highways.

2. Procedure for realization and financing of works on construction, reconstruction and major repair of highways public of the international and republican value
