About approval of Rules of privatization of dwellings from the state housing stock

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of privatization of dwellings from the state housing stock.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendices 1, 2 (for office use) to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
