About measures for implementation of the State program for safety and social and economic development of the separate border territories of the Kyrgyz Republic having special status
According to article 90 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About giving of special status to the separate border territories of the Kyrgyz Republic and their development", for the purpose of implementation of the State program on safety and social and economic development of the separate border territories of the Kyrgyz Republic having special status, the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of June 29, 2012 No. 2195-V, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve enclosed:
- the actions plan on implementation of the State program on safety and social and economic development of the separate border territories of the Kyrgyz Republic having special status for 2013-2016 (further the Actions plan).
2. To the ministries, state committee, administrative departments, plenipotentiaries of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, local public administrations and local government bodies:
- to enable the realization of this resolution within the means provided republican and local budgets for the corresponding year;
- according to the Actions plan to develop and approve action plans in the supervised directions and to provide execution of the Actions plan;
- quarterly, no later than the 5th following the accounting period to provide for generalization information on execution of the above-stated Actions plan in the State agency on cases of local self-government and the interethnic relations under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To the state agency on cases of local self-government and the interethnic relations under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic quarterly, no later than the 15th following the accounting period to provide in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic the summarized information on the course of accomplishment of the Actions plan.
4. Determine that heads of state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic bear the personal responsibility for high-quality and timely accomplishment of the Actions plan.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of organizational and inspection work and local self-government of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
