About withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Withdraw from lands of Dehkan economy and the state reserve of the city of Vahdat total area of 197,66 of hectare, from them: 146,22 of hectare of pastures, hectare 4,12 under water, hectare 0,88 under roads, hectare 8,0 under construction and 38,44 of hectare landslides and to present them to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan for training base on carrying out military classes in tactics.

2. Perform seizure of land the following procedure:

- from lands of Dehkan economy Mekhnat-Rokhat Ploshchad 189, of hectare, from them: 146,22 of hectare of pastures, hectare 4,12 under water, hectare 0,88 under roads and 38,44 of hectare landslides;

- from lands of the state reserve Ploshchad 8,0 of hectare under construction.

3. To executive body of the government of the city of Vahdat instead of the withdrawn lands to allocate to Dehkan economy "Mekhnat-Rokhat" the equivalent parcel of land.

4. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- according to Article 45 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan to exempt from compensation of the losses connected with conclusion of lands from turnover;

- for the purpose of development of new lands, according to Article 42 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan instead of taken away to compensate 3995754 (three million nine hundred ninety five thousand seven hundred fifty four) som they funds of losses of agricultural production for the special account of the republican budget.

5. To the state committee on land management and geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan to make corresponding changes to land and cadastral documentation.
