About approval of the List of breeds of the animals who are subject to subsidizing in priority procedure for the purpose of ensuring availability of breeding products (material) to domestic agricultural producers

According to the subitem 16) article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 1998 "About breeding livestock production" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed List of breeds of the animals who are subject to subsidizing in priority procedure for the purpose of ensuring availability of breeding products (material) to domestic agricultural producers according to appendix to this order.

2. In the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of livestock production of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) official publication in mass media;

3) placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
