About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 4-is (investment) "The report on construction of facilities, included in the State investing program" and instructions for its filling

Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 4-is (investment) "The report on construction of facilities, included in the State investing program" quarter frequency and enact it starting with the report for yanvarsentyabr 2013.

2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-is (investment) "The report on construction of facilities, included in the State investing program" and enact them starting with the report for January-September, 2013.

3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities - customers of the objects included in the State investing program.

4. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2011 No. 303 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 6is (investment) "The report on construction of facilities, included in the State investing program" and instructions for its filling" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 143, 7/1639);

subitem 1.28 of Item 1 of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 14, 2012 No. 124 "About modification of some forms of the state statistical reporting" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.08. 2012, 7/2133).

5. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
