1. Rules of classification and survey of the small size vessels used in non-commercial purposes.

Determine that state registration of the small size vessels used in non-commercial purposes in the register of small size vessels is performed by the State inspectorate for small size vessels of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response.

4. Item of 1 changes which are made to orders of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 24, 2009 No. 251 "About measures for enhancement of the control system behind sports courts in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 13, the Art. 1558).

7. The realization of this resolution is enabled within the number of employees of central offices and territorial authorities of the corresponding federal executive bodies, and also budgetary appropriations provided by it on management and management in the sphere of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

2. The state supervision is exercised by the State inspectorate for small size vessels of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response.

3. The officials authorized on implementation of the state supervision are officials of the State inspectorate for small size vessels of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and the natural disaster response holding the positions included in the list of positions of the state inspectors on small size vessels (further - the state inspectors).

4. When implementing the state supervision the state inspectors have the rights established by Regulations on the State inspectorate for small size vessels of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to the emergency situations and natural disaster response approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2004 No. 835.

5. The state supervision is exercised by means of carrying out in internal sea waters and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation of raids and patrol, and also observations from coastal and floating posts (further - actions for supervision).
