The purpose of forming of federal information system and regional information systems (further - federal and regional information systems) is information support of holding State Final Examination of the students who mastered educational programs of the main general and secondary general education (further - State Final Examination), including in the form of the unified state examination, and reception of citizens in the educational organizations for receipt of secondary professional and higher education (further - acceptance on training).

c) ensuring access to information containing in federal and regional information systems, in accordance with the established procedure;

d) ensuring the information protection containing in federal and regional information systems;

e) ensuring interaction federal and regional information systems.

4. Entering of data into federal information system is performed by operators, and also the following legal entities (further - federal information system):

diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Russian Federation, representation of the Russian Federation in case of international (interstate, intergovernmental) the organizations, the specialized structural educational divisions having in the structure realizing educational programs of the main general and (or) secondary general education (further - foreign institutions);

founders of the educational organizations located outside the territory of the Russian Federation and realizing the educational programs of the main general and (or) secondary general education having the state accreditation (further - founders);

the educational organizations performing acceptance on training;

Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation;

Ministry of Public Education of the Russian Federation;
