About mobilization readiness and mobilization in the Azerbaijan Republic

1.0.2. mobilization - package of measures for transfer of economy of the Azerbaijan Republic, executive bodies, local government bodies and the organizations on operating mode of the military period, Armed forces of the Azerbaijan Republic, other armed connections, stipulated by the legislation, and special connections on the organizational and regular structure established for the military period.

Article 2. Legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic on mobilization readiness and mobilization

The legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic on mobilization readiness and mobilization consists of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, this Law, international treaties with participation of the Azerbaijan Republic and other legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic.

4.3.11. mobilization of forces, creation, development and connection of production facilities for production for the purpose of requirements satisfaction of the state, Armed forces of the Azerbaijan Republic, other armed connections, stipulated by the legislation, and special connections, and also needs of the population during the military period;

4.3.12. creation and preparation of special connections with the transfer purpose in case of the announcement of mobilization to Armed forces of the Azerbaijan Republic, other armed connections, stipulated by the legislation, or uses in their interests and interests of needs of economy of the Azerbaijan Republic;

4.3.13. preparation of the equipment provided for transfer in case of the announcement of mobilization to Armed forces of the Azerbaijan Republic, other armed connections, stipulated by the legislation, and special connections or for use according to their interests;

4.3.14. creation, content and updating of mobilization reserves;

4.3.18. training of subjects of media for work during mobilization and during the military period;

4.3.19. the organization of military accounting in public authorities, local government bodies and the organizations;

4.3.20. training of citizens for specialties of military accounting for picking of Armed forces of the Azerbaijan Republic, other armed connections, stipulated by the legislation, and special connections during mobilization and during the military period;

4.3.21. booking of the persons liable for call-up working in public authorities, local government bodies and the organizations for the period of mobilization and the military period;

4.3.22. conducting exercises and rehearsals on accomplishment of plans of mobilization;

4.3.23. advanced training of employees of mobilization bodies;

4.3.24. international cooperation in the field of mobilization readiness and mobilization.
