1. Reorganize by transformation in the procedure established by the legislation the republican state state company "Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Narcology" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican scientific and practical center of psychiatry, psychotherapy and narcology" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).
2. Determine the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company.
3. The main object of activity of the company to determine implementation of activities in the field of health care.
4. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;
2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities;
3) to take other measures following from this resolution.
5. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
