About rates of the state fees, charges and other non-tax payments in foreign currency

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 31, 1993 "About procedure for collection and distribution of the state non-tax payments in foreign currency" and for the purpose of streamlining of collection of the state fees, charges and other non-tax payments in foreign currency, the Cabinet of Ministers decides ensuring their effective use:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for collection of the state fees, charges and other non-tax payments in foreign currency according to appendix No. 1;

rates of duties, rates of charges and other non-tax payments according to appendix No. 2;

rates of the consular fees of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

2. Determine that:

the sizes of rates of duties, rates of charges and other non-tax payments become effective since September 1, 1993;

rates of duties, rates of charges and other non-tax payments, and also changes and amendments to existing affirm the Cabinet of Ministers according to the offer of the Ministry of Finance together with the interested ministries, the state committees, departments and bodies of economic board;

receipts from the duties, charges and other non-tax payments in foreign currency levied by the ministries, the state committees, departments, banks and bodies of economic board do not join in taxation basis from revenue in foreign currency.

3. It is excluded

Regulations on procedure for collection and distribution of the state fees, charges and other non-tax payments in foreign currency

This Provision is developed according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 31, 1993 "About procedure for collection and distribution of the state non-tax payments in foreign currency", the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About currency control", "About the state fee" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 25, 1993 No. 251 "About currency control in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

This Provision is single for all types of duties, charges and other non-tax payments in foreign currency and is developed for the purpose of unification of the mechanism of their distribution.

Payment of duties, charges and other non-tax payments in foreign currency is made at the rates and rates approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Payers of the state fees, charges and other non-tax payments paid in foreign currency bear responsibility for completeness and timeliness of their payment according to the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Heads of the ministries, state committees, departments, banks and bodies of economic board bear responsibility for violation of this provision according to the procedure, established by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The ministries, the state committees, departments and bodies of the economic board collecting duties, charges and other non-tax payments, monthly to the fifth, following reporting represent to the Central bank and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan reports on receipts of currency and the corresponding transfers in the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Control of execution of this provision is imposed on the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
