According to item 4 of part one of Article 5-2, the subitem "e" of Item 2 parts one of Article 7 and article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About management of objects of state-owned property", Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 2004 No. 467 "About approval of the Regulations on the Unified register of objects of state-owned property" PRIKAZYVAYEM:

1. Approve structure of the Unified register of objects of state-owned property which is applied.

2. To provide to management of information technologies and monitoring of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. Declare invalid the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine, the State committee of statistics of Ukraine of March 23, 2005 No. 623/79 "About approval of structure of the Unified register of objects of state-owned property", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 04, 2005 for No. 465/10745 (with changes).

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine and the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
