3) form of checking leaf in the field of private entrepreneurship on checks behind system of general secondary education according to appendix 3 to this joint order;

4) form of checking leaf in the field of private entrepreneurship on checks behind system of technical and professional, postsecondary education according to appendix 4 to this joint order;

5) form of checking leaf in the field of private entrepreneurship on checks behind system of the higher and postgraduate education according to appendix 5 to this joint order.

2. To committee on control in the field of science and education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan () provide Irsaliyev S.A.:

1) in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration its official publication in mass media;

3) publication of this joint order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Criteria for evaluation of risk degree in the field of private entrepreneurship on checks behind education system

1. Criteria for evaluation of risk degree in the field of private entrepreneurship on checks behind education system (further - Criteria) are developed for conducting planned inspections of the organizations of education.

2. In these Criteria the following concepts are used:

1) risk - probability of decline in quality of the provided educational services of education by the organizations;

2) the checked subjects - the educational institutions which are subjects of private entrepreneurship and performing educational activities for the education levels: initial, main average, average (general average, technical and professional), postsecondary, higher, postgraduate education);

3) weight coefficient - the coefficient set depending on qualitative index of criterion for risk degree assessment.

3. The authorized body and its territorial authorities distribute the checked subjects on risk degrees taking into account the gained points, on the basis of data on their activities and results of checks.

4. For assessment of risk degree the criteria specified in appendices 1, of 2, of 3, 4 to these Criteria are used.
