Approve the enclosed Regulations on provision of information on the agreements signed by the parties not at the organized biddings under which obligations provide transition of the property right to the goods admitted to organized trading and also about maintaining the register of such agreements and provision of information from the specified register.

2. Determine that the item 4 and paragraph one of Item 16 of the Provision approved by this resolution become effective since September 1, 2013.

Till September 1, 2013:

the exchange notifies on start date of the acceptance of data, stipulated in Item 13 Provisions approved by this resolution on the agreements signed by the parties not at the organized biddings under which obligations provide transition of the property right to the goods admitted to organized trading, federal executive body in the field of the financial markets in form and according to the procedure which are established by the specified federal executive body;
