About approval of forms in the field of the state support of investments
According to Article 19, Item 2 and Item 5 of article 21-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About investments" and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" I ORDER:
1. Approve:
1) the commitment form on provision of investment preferences according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) form of the semi-annual report on accomplishment of the investment contract according to appendix 2 to this order;
3) form of the act of current status of execution of the working program of the investment contract according to appendix 3 to this order.
2. To committee on investments of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Hairov E. K.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and official publication in mass media.
3. Recognize invalid:
1) the order of the Minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 1, 2012 No. 182 "About approval of form of semi-annual reports on accomplishment of the investment contract" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7757 of June 25, 2012 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of August 4, 2012 No. 251-253 (27070-27072);
