1. Approve:

1) the commitment form on provision of investment preferences according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of the semi-annual report on accomplishment of the investment contract according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) form of the act of current status of execution of the working program of the investment contract according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To committee on investments of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Hairov E. K.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and official publication in mass media.

3. Recognize invalid:

3) the order of the Minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 1, 2012 No. 185 "About approval of form of the act of current status of execution of the working program of the investment contract" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7745 of June 20, 2012 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of August 22, 2012 No. 280-281 (27099-27100);

4) the order of the Minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 19, 2012 No. 325 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 1, 2012 No. 184 "About some questions of the state support of investments" (No. 356-357 registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 7947 of September 27, 2012, published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of October 17, 2012 (27175-27176).

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rau A. P.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
