About approval of the List of objects and technologies which belong to objects of outstanding energy performance depending on the applied technologies and technical solutions and regardless of characteristics of objects which implementation of investments into creation is the basis for provision of the investment tax credit, and the list of objects and technologies which belong to objects of outstanding energy performance based on compliance of objects to the established indicator values of energy efficiency which implementation of investments into creation is the basis for provision of the investment tax credit

According to the subitem 5 of Item 1 of article 67 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

the list of objects and technologies which belong to objects of outstanding energy performance depending on the applied technologies and technical solutions and regardless of characteristics of objects which implementation of investments into creation is the basis for provision of the investment tax credit;

the list of objects and technologies which belong to objects of outstanding energy performance based on compliance of objects to the established indicator values of energy efficiency which implementation of investments into creation is the basis for provision of the investment tax credit.

2. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to approve technique of reference of objects and technologies to energy efficient in a month.
