About approval of standard rules of activities of types of the specialized organizations of education

For the purpose of implementation of subitem 44-5) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 27, 2007 "About education" I ORDER:

1. Approve the following standard rules of activities of types of the specialized organizations of education according to their form of the organization of teaching and educational activities:

1) Standard rules of activities of specialized school, specialized lyceum (specialized school lyceum), specialized gymnasium (specialized school gymnasium) according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Standard rules of the activities of the specialized boarding school specialized school-lyceum-nursing home, specialized school-gymnasium-nursing home, specialized musical boarding school, specialized sports boarding school (specialized boarding school college of the Olympic reserve), specialized choreographic boarding school (specialized choreographic boarding school school), specialized military boarding school, B_l_m-innovation lyceum nursing home according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Standard rules of activities of specialized school complex according to appendix 3 to this order;

2. To department of preschool and secondary education (Zhontayeva Zh. A.) provide:

1) in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after passing of state registration official publication of this order in mass media;

3) bringing this order to data of the organizations of education.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Education and Science Abenov M. A.

4. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its first official publication.

Standard rules of activities of specialized school, specialized lyceum (specialized school lyceum), specialized gymnasium (specialized school gymnasium)

1. General provisions

1. These Standard rules of activities of specialized school, specialized lyceum (specialized school lyceum), specialized gymnasium (specialized school gymnasium) (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 44-5) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 27, 2007 "About education" (further – the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About education"), the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 20, 2013 No. 499 "About approval of Standard rules of organization activity of formation of the corresponding types, including Standard rules of the organizations of education realizing additional educational programs for children" (further - Standard rules of activities) and determine procedure for their activities, irrespective of forms of their property and departmental subordination.
