1. Create Public institution "Center of projects implementation of public-private partnership" and finance five of its established posts at the expense of the republican budget.

2. To the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan to resolve organization-legal issues of Public institution "Center of projects implementation of public-private partnership".

3. No. 590, to add the list of the organizations of system of the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Public institution" center of projects implementation of public-private partnership".
