About approval of the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government on the Regulations on the Operator of the Interstate program of innovative cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the period till 2020 signed on May 30, 2012 in Ashgabat

The government DECIDES:

1. Approve and provide to Parliament for notification the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government on the Regulations on the Operator of the Interstate program of innovative cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the period till 2020 signed on May 30, 2012 in Ashgabat with the following clause:

"The Republic of Moldova will participate in implementation of this document proceeding from requirements of the national legal system and the international obligations in the field.

The Republic of Moldova does not consider itself this Program connected by obligations on financing.

The Republic of Moldova will make the decision on participation in projects implementation and programs in each case separately.

This Decision will become effective for the Republic of Moldova after accomplishment of interstate procedures".

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration to notify Executive committee of the CIS about approval of the specified Decision.

3. Academies of Sciences of Moldova to take necessary measures for accomplishment of provisions of the specified Decision.
