1. Approve the enclosed form of submission by organizers of auctions for auctions to tax authorities of information on payers of collection from auctions and subjects to taxation according to appendix to this order.
2. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Dzhumadildayev A. S.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subsequent official publication in mass media in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Dzhumadildayev A. S).
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
