According to the Law of Ukraine "About power industry", the Regulations on the state energy supervision of the modes of consumption of electrical and heat energy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 07, 1996 No. 929, the Rules of accession of electroinstallations to power networks approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power, of January 17, 2013 No. 32, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 08, 2013 for No. 236/22768, and for the purpose of ensuring reliable electric utility service of consumers of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. To provide to heads of the electrotransferring organizations:

1.1. Provision to the state inspectorates for energy supervision of the modes of consumption of electrical and heat energy in the Crimean region, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, information concerning accessions of electroinstallations to power networks, till the 10th of the following for reporting in the form given in appendix to this order.

1.2. Involvement of representatives of the state inspectorates for energy supervision of the modes of consumption of electrical and heat energy in the Crimean region, areas, cities of Kiev and Sevastopol for control of compliance new constructed, reconstructed or technically the re-equipped electroinstallations of customers (consumers) to specifications, regulations, rules and standards, and also confirmation of their availability for service, before connection of the specified electroinstallations to power networks.

2. To provide to the state inspectorates for energy supervision of the modes of consumption of electrical and heat energy in the Crimean region, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol according to the written address of the applicant the conclusion of rather technical justification of requirements of specifications of accession to power networks.

3. To department of power industry (Low-flow S. Ya.) in accordance with the established procedure to submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Cech S. M.
