Rules of development, approval of federal state educational standards and introduction of changes in them

1. These rules determine procedure for development, approval of federal state educational standards (further - standards) and introduction of changes in them.

2. The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation provides project development of standards and the changes made to standards (further - projects) with attraction of educational and methodical associations in education system, educational, scientific and other organizations, representatives of employers (further - developers), and also executive bodies and other interested persons, development in coordination with the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation of drafts of standards of assistantship training and in coordination with the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation of drafts of standards of internship.

Developers of drafts of standards of professional education and projects of the changes made to the specified standards provide accounting in projects of provisions of the corresponding professional standards (in the presence).

Projects in the part concerning the general education are developed taking into account priorities of scientific technology development of the Russian Federation and actions of the plan of strategy implementation of scientific technology development of the Russian Federation.

3. The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for the purpose of consideration of projects creates council of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on federal state educational standards (further - council) and the working groups on standards of the general education, on standards of secondary professional education, on standards of the higher education, and also the working group on consideration of the projects containing the data which are the state and protected by the law other secret (further - working groups) which part representatives of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, the educational and scientific organizations, associations of employers and public organizations are.

4.
