DECIDED:
1. The obligations enshrined in the Framework convention of the Council of Europe on value of cultural heritage signed on October 27, 2005 in Faro for society correspond to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia.
2. According to part two of article 102 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia this Resolution is final and becomes effective from the moment of announcement.
