About approval of Licensed conditions of conducting the economic activity connected with industrial catch of fish except internal reservoirs (ponds) of farms

According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2000 No. 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of conducting the economic activity connected with industrial catch of fish except internal reservoirs (ponds) of farms which are applied.

2. To department of livestock production (Getya A. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister Senya O. V.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Licensed conditions of conducting the economic activity connected with industrial catch of fish except internal reservoirs (ponds) of farms

І. General provisions

1.1. These Licensed conditions are developed according to the Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", "About fishery, industrial fishery and protection of water bioresources", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2000 No. 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" (with changes).

1.2. For receipt of the license for conducting the economic activity connected with industrial catch of fish except internal reservoirs (ponds) of farms, subjects of fishery submit the application for licensing which form is given to appendix 1 to these Licensed conditions.

To the statement for licensing the description of documents which are enclosed to the application for licensing for conducting the economic activity connected with industrial catch of fish except internal reservoirs (ponds) of farms (appendix 2) is constituted.

For receipt of the duplicate of the license, the copy of the license or renewal of the license subjects of fishery submit the application for issue of the duplicate of the license in the established form (appendix 3), the statement for renewal of the license (appendix 4), the statement for issue of the copy of the license (appendix 5).

1.3. Terms which are used in these Licensed conditions are used in the values given in the Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and "About fishery, industrial fishery and protection of water bioresources".

1.4. The procedure for representation and consideration of documents, the exhaustive list of documents which need to be provided subjects of fishery together with the statement for licensing, the statement for issue of the duplicate of the license, the statement for renewal of the license, the statement for issue of the copy of the license, are determined by Articles 10, of 14, 16 and 18 Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity".

1.5. The bases and conditions for renewal of the license, issue of the duplicate of the license or its copy are provided by Articles 14, 16 and 18 Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity".

1.6. The term during which the body of licensing considers applications for licensing, for issue of the duplicate of the license, for renewal of the license, for issue of the copy of the license, is provided by Articles 11, of 16, 18 Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity".

1.7. The bases according to which the body of licensing can make the decision on refusal in licensing are stipulated in Article 11 Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity".

1.8. Conditions under which subjects of fishery can repeatedly address to body of licensing for receipt of the license are determined by Articles 10, 11 Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity".

1.9. The bases for cancellation of the license are stipulated in Article 21 Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity".

1.10. Effective period of the license is stipulated in Article 14 Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity".

1.11. Effective period of the renewed license is stipulated in Article 16 Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity".
