About the schedule of development of documents for the purpose of implementation of the agreements creating the Common economic space
According to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council at the level of heads of states of November 18, 2011 No. 1, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Approve the specified Schedule of development of documents for the purpose of implementation of the Agreements creating the Common economic space it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of April 7, 2011 No. 599 "About the course of accomplishment of the Action plan on forming of the Common economic space of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation".
3. Boards of the Eurasian economic commission further if necessary to make changes and additions to the Schedule specified in Item 1 of this Decision.
4. Jointly with the Parties to provide to board of the Eurasian economic commission schedule performance, this Decision specified in Item 1.
5. This Decision becomes effective after ten days after day of its official publication.
