About placement of territorial authorities of goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of the effective organization of activities of territorial authorities of Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Place territorial authorities of Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan in buildings and rooms according to appendix No. 1.
2. Transfer on a grant basis on the right of operational management to the relevant state bodies property complexes according to appendix No. 2.
3. Agree with Goskomkonkurention's proposal, the Ministries of Economics and the Ministries of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan about realization:
JSB Kishlokkurilishbank under the direct agreement of property complex, at the address: Tashkent, Ulitsa A. Navoi, the house 18A, at the cost determined by the independent estimative organization;
in accordance with the established procedure property complex and fixed assets according to appendix No. 3.
4. Determine that the means which arrived from realization:
buildings and constructions, at the address: Tashkent, Ulitsa A. Navoi, the house 18 A, except for the means left at the disposal of Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan in full are enlisted in the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with target use of the specified funds for acquisition by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of in addition issued shares of JSB Kishlokkurilishbank at par value;
the property complex and fixed assets specified in appendix No. 3, remain at the disposal of Goskomkonkurention for target use on carrying out repair construction works and strengthening of material and technical resources of Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial authorities.
