2. To provide to state bodies and local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic timely accomplishment of the Actions plan on program implementation.

3. To the public personnel service of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this Decree.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on department of the public and territorial administration and personnel operation of the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
