According to article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State land cadastre" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for information exchange between inventories and information systems which is applied.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Procedure for information exchange between the State land cadastre, other inventories and information systems

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of exchange of information between the State land cadastre, other inventories and information systems and the list of data, exchange of which can be performed in the course of such interaction, and is directed on:

forming of unified cartographic basis for geographic information systems;

ensuring mutual replenishment with data of information systems;

ensuring obligation of transfer of the geospatial supplied and other information from information systems in the State land cadastre;

ensuring objectivity, reliability and completeness of data in the State land cadastre;

determination of the list of data, exchange of which can be performed in the course of interaction between information systems;

prevention of duplication of works on information filling of information systems;

unification of information systems;
