2. Organizations of the Bank of Russia accept from authorized banks for examination doubtful banknotes which official rate of foreign currencies in relation to ruble is established by the Bank of Russia daily (on the working days) (further - rate of the Bank of Russia).

3. Doubtful banknotes are accepted by organization of the Bank of Russia for examination based on the statement (appendix 1 to this Instruction) which is drawn up on the form of authorized bank and signed by his head (authorized person) and the inventory constituted in any form.

In the inventory shall be specified the amount of doubtful banknotes face value and their quantity, and also details of each enclosed doubtful banknote: the name of foreign currency, the name of the issuer (in case of possibility of its specifying), year of release, nominal, series and number; for banknotes of the USA alphanumeric designation of organization of the issuer, check letter, number of quadrant, number of cliche of the front and turnover parties are in addition specified; for banknotes of member countries of the European Union the alphanumeric tag in addition is specified. The cash employee of organization of the Bank of Russia (further - the cash worker) verifies the specified in the inventory the amount of doubtful banknotes face value, their quantities and details with the accepted doubtful banknotes and in case of compliance undersigns in duplicate inventories and 0402102, puts down orders on transfer of values on the second copies of the inventory and order on the transfer of values 0402102 impress of a seal containing details: name of territorial office of the Bank of Russia and organization of the Bank of Russia, name and (or) number of cash desk. The first copy of the order on transfer of values 0402102 is located in cash documents of organization of the Bank of Russia, doubtful banknotes with the first copy of the inventory go for examination, the statement is located in the case (having sewed) created and which is stored in cash division of organization of the Bank of Russia. 4. Doubtful banknotes are estimated in ruble equivalent at the rate of the Bank of Russia, acting on the date of acceptance of doubtful banknotes in organization of the Bank of Russia. Revaluation of the doubtful banknotes accepted for examination by organization of the Bank of Russia is not made.

5. The doubtful banknotes accepted for examination from one authorized bank within one operational day together with the first copy of the inventory invest the cash worker making their acceptance in sack without external seams. Joint packaging of doubtful banknotes of various foreign states is allowed. In case of packaging of doubtful banknotes of various foreign states in one sack doubtful banknotes of each foreign state invest in sack with the corresponding inventory.
