About reorganization of some republican state companies of Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining for air traffic control, technical operation of terrestrial facilities of radio engineering flight servicing and telecommunication of Kazaeronavigation of Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The center for safety-of-life function" of Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan by merge into the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining Kazaeronavigation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
