About reorganization of some republican state companies of Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining for air traffic control, technical operation of land means of radio engineering ensuring flights and telecommunication of Kazaeronavigation of Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The center for safety of flights" of Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan by merge into the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining Kazaeronavigation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).
2. Determine authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company - the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The main object of activity of the company is the aeronautical servicing providing the complex servicing connected with servicing of air traffic, operation of the radio engineering equipment and means of communication, meteorological and search and rescue ensuring flights, provision of aeronautical information.
4. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;
2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities;
3) to take other measures following from this resolution.
5. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
