1. Approve Regulations on procedure for acceptance in magistracy of the Tashkent state legal university according to appendix No. 1.
2. To provide to the Ministry of Justice and the Tashkent state legal university together with the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested organizations deep studying of need of law-enforcement practice for specialties of magistracy of the right and till March 1, 2014 to make in the Cabinet of Ministers the offer on introduction from 2014/2015 academic years of the updated list of specialties.
3. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for acceptance in magistracy of the highest educational institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 18, 2010 No. 118, change according to appendix No. 2.
4. To the ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month together with the interested ministries and departments to bring departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.

1. 2. Acceptance in magistracy of TGYuU is performed by specialties according to the quotas established by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to state grants and on paid and contractual basis.
The second and subsequent higher education in magistracy of TGYuU is got on paid and contractual basis.
3. Acceptance in magistracy in TGYuU is performed by State commission on acceptance in the highest educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - State commission) by results of admission examinations on the basis of the gained points according to rating system.
4. The organization of acceptance in magistracy of TGYuU is assigned to the selection committee of TGYuU (further - selection committee) formed for the corresponding academic year. The current work of selection committee is carried out by the responsible secretary and the deputy responsible secretary concerning acceptance in TGYuU magistracy.
5. Acceptance in TGYuU magistracy for all entrants is performed on the basis of equality, single Regulations of Admission and selection.
The entrants who gained the highest points at admission examinations are granted the right to be enlisted first of all at the expense of state grants. Other entrants have the right to be enlisted in magistracy by TGYuU on quotas on paid and contractual basis based on rating points.
6. Admission examinations are carried out to magistracy of TGYuU in the form of tests and written examination.
7. Tests are carried out in the objects "Bases of Practice and Theory of Construction of the Democratic State and Civil Society", "Objects in the Specialty", "Foreign language".
8. Written examination is held in the subject "Objects in the Specialty" and is directed to identification at the entrant of capability to the analysis, thinking, independent work with legal sources and to decision statement on legal tasks.
9. Admission examinations for acceptance are carried out to magistracy of TGYuU in language at which the student will study in magistracy that shall be specified in the statement for receipt in magistracy. Admission examinations are carried out separately on specialties of magistracy and languages of training.
10. Acceptance of foreign citizens in magistracy of TGYuU is performed based on the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 4, 2008 No. 169 "About enhancement of procedure for acceptance and training of foreign citizens in educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
11. Acceptance of blind entrants in magistracy of TGYuU is performed according to appendix No. 3 to the Regulations on acceptance of bachelors in the highest educational institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 18, 2010 No. 118.
12. Acceptance is carried out to magistracy of TGYuU from among the bachelors studying in the law direction.
13. A month before the beginning of admission examinations the selection committee announces information to entrants acceptance terms, names of specialties and quotas of acceptance in TGYuU magistracy.
14. In case of acceptance in TGYuU magistracy entrants submit the following documents to selection committee:
the statement addressed to the rector of TGYuU with indication of specialty;
the original of the diploma about the higher education (or the statement from the diploma for graduated from the highest educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the expense of state grants) and the original of the insert;
6 color photos 3,5 x 4,5 size of cm;
the medical certificate in form 086-U.
15. Documents are accepted during the period from July 1 to July 30.
