Regulations on awards of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of mass media

1. Awards of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of mass media (further - awards) are awarded to the figures who achieved considerable creative and professional achievements and the organizations of the Russian mass media, and also foreign mass media performing production and production of mass media in Russian and are recognition of their merits before society.

In case of acceptance by the Government of the Russian Federation this Ministry provides decisions on winning of the award to federal public budget (autonomous) institutions concerning which the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation does not perform function and power of the founder according to the procedure, established by the budget legislation of the Russian Federation, transfer of budgetary appropriations and limits of the budget obligations of the federal budget provided for the corresponding financial year on financial provision of provision of award, to the federal executive body performing functions and powers of the founder concerning federal public budget (autonomous) institutions - winners of awards.
