1. Take into consideration that:

2. Determine that:

the loan is granted to the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the agreement on financing between the Republic of Uzbekistan and MAP;

 the forecast repayment schedule of the credit of MAP and payment of the commissions on the Enhancement of Health Care System (Zdorovye-3) project according to appendix No. 3.

4. Authorize the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to sign the agreement on financing with MAP on behalf of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. To issue to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure the legal conclusion under the agreement on financing between the Republic of Uzbekistan and MAP.

6. Assign to heads of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokim of areas and Tashkent the personal responsibility for:

target and effective use of the funds allocated for project implementation "Enhancement of health care system (Health - 3)";

the organization of timely preparation and provision of the necessary reporting and documentation according to procedures of the World Bank and the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

the effective organization of work of the medical institutions involved in the project during the preinvestment and investment periods.
