In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 18, 2012 No. UP-4455 "About Measures for Further Cardinal Improvement of Business Environment and Provision of Bigger Freedom to Entrepreneurship", for the purpose of creating favorable conditions for implementation of business activity, reducing terms and cost of allowing procedures by preparation of initial and allowing and town-planning documentation for construction of buildings and constructions, enhancement of regulatory framework in the field of town-planning activities the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the differentiated approach in case of determination of terms and cost of implementation of procedures for issue of documents of allowing nature in the field of construction, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 25, 2013 No. 54 "About measures for cardinal simplification of system of provision of the parcels of land for implementation of town-planning activities and other nonagricultural needs, and also issue of permissions for construction of objects" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 2, the Art. 13), according to appendix No. 2.
