Determine that financial provision of the payment commitments of the Russian Federation connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided to federal state bodies in the federal budget on ensuring their activities for the corresponding financial year.

1. These rules establish payment procedure of compensation for use of the individual transport (cars and motorcycles) in the office purposes and procedure for expense recovery connected with use of the specified transport in the office purposes (further respectively - compensation, the individual transport, expense recovery) federal government civil servants whose office activities are connected with permanent office trips according to their job responsibilities (further - civil servants).

2. For receipt of compensation and expense recovery the civil servant submits the application to the employer's representative with indication of data about what execution of job responsibilities and with what frequency the individual transport is used.

The copy of the registration certificate of the vehicle is enclosed to the application (with presentation of the original).

3. The decision on payment of compensation and expense recovery is accepted by the employer's representative in 10-day time from the date of receipt of the statement of the civil servant taking into account:

need of use of the individual transport for execution of the job responsibilities connected with permanent office trips;

usage time of the individual transport in the office purposes;

amount of the budgetary appropriations provided to the relevant federal state body in the federal budget on ensuring its activities.

4. The maximum amount of compensation in month shall not exceed the extreme amount of this compensation provided by appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 2, 2013 No. 563.

5. Expense recovery for acquisition of fuels and lubricants is made on the actual costs supported by the relevant documents (accounts, receipts, cash register receipts, etc.).

6. Payment of compensation and expense recovery to the civil servant are made 1 time in current month for the expired month based on the act of federal state body in which the amount of compensation and expense recovery is determined.

7. To the civil servant to whom office transport with personal fixing is provided in case of its refusal of this transport and filing of application about payment of compensation and expense recovery compensation is established and expenses according to the procedure and the sizes provided by these rules are refunded.
