For the purpose of further enhancement of educational information network "ZiyoNET" according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 28, 2005 No. PP-191 "About creation of public educational information network "ZiyoNET", improvement of quality and improvement of access of comprehensive schools, academic lyceums, professional colleges, the highest educational institutions, youth organizations, information and library organizations, museums and other educational, scientific and cultural and educational institutions to the Cabinet of Ministers network "ZiyoNET" decides:

1. Accept the offer of the State committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies, the Ministries of national education, the Center of secondary vocational, professional education of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, the Ministry of cases of culture and sport of the Republic of Uzbekistan about determination of JSC Uzbektelekom by the operator on connection of comprehensive schools, academic lyceums, professional colleges, the highest educational institutions, youth organizations, information and library organizations, museums and other educational, scientific and cultural and educational institutions of the country to ZiyoNET network.

2. Provide with JSC Uzbektelekom:

in accordance with the established procedure uninterrupted access to information resources of ZiyoNET network of comprehensive schools, the academic lyceums, professional colleges, the highest educational institutions, the youth organizations, information and library organizations, the museums and other educational, scientific and cultural and educational institutions according to the signed agreements and at the prices approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

provision to comprehensive schools, the academic lyceums, professional colleges, the highest educational institutions, the youth organizations, information and library organizations, the museums and other educational, scientific and cultural and educational institutions of the basic guaranteed services for access to ZiyoNET network in the list according to appendix.

3. To the state committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month together with the interested ministries and departments to approve the schedule on installation of telephones and connection to ZiyoNET network of comprehensive schools, the academic lyceums, professional colleges, the highest educational institutions, the youth organizations, information and library organizations, the museums and other educational, scientific and cultural and educational institutions.

4. To coordination council on development of computerization and information and communication technologies in a month together with the interested ministries and departments to approve procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of information resources of ZiyoNET network, having provided inclusion in it of scientific and educational resources, websites of state bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also the websites of national segment of the Internet.

5. To provide to the ministry of national education, the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, the Center of secondary vocational, professional education, the Ministry of Culture, the Union of youth of Uzbekistan and other interested ministries and departments:

the organization of the conclusion of contracts between the Ministry of national education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional managements of national education, territorial administrations of average-special professional education, the highest educational institutions, the youth organizations, information and library organizations, the museums and other educational, scientific and cultural and educational institutions and branches of JSC Uzbektelekom according to the schedule on installation of telephones and connection to ZiyoNET network, and also timely payment for the rendered services and the performed works on the signed agreements;

broad access to resources of ZiyoNET network at comprehensive schools, the academic lyceums, professional colleges, the highest educational institutions, the youth organizations, information and library organizations, the museums and other educational, scientific and cultural and educational institutions by creation of local networks.

6. Consider No. 282 which voided item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 28, 2005 "About further development of information network "ZiyoNET".

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Information analysis department concerning information systems and telecommunications and the minister of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan H. M. Mirzakhidov.
