1. Accept the offer of the State committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies, the Ministries of national education, the Center of secondary vocational, professional education of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, the Ministry of cases of culture and sport of the Republic of Uzbekistan about determination of JSC Uzbektelekom by the operator on connection of comprehensive schools, academic lyceums, professional colleges, the highest educational institutions, youth organizations, information and library organizations, museums and other educational, scientific and cultural and educational institutions of the country to ZiyoNET network.
2. Provide with JSC Uzbektelekom:
in accordance with the established procedure uninterrupted access to information resources of ZiyoNET network of comprehensive schools, the academic lyceums, professional colleges, the highest educational institutions, the youth organizations, information and library organizations, the museums and other educational, scientific and cultural and educational institutions according to the signed agreements and at the prices approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
