1. Requirements to sterns by their delivery to the market and use ( further – Requirements) regulate placement in the market and use of forages for productive and unproductive animals, including procedure for marking, packaging and distribution.
2. Provisions of these Requirements are applied without prejudice to the Order of the Government No. 311 of May 21, 2012. "About approval of the Regulations establishing conditions of regulation of preparation, placement in the market and uses of medical kormoprodukt" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 99-102, of the Art. 351).
3. The determinations used in these Requirements mean the following:
the operator on production of power supply for animals – the physical persons or legal entities responsible for ensuring compliance with these Requirements at the company of the sector of production of forages for animals;
peroral feeding of animals – introduction of forage through oral cavity in digestive tract of animals for the purpose of satisfaction of nutritive needs of animals or for maintenance of performance of healthy animals;
productive animals – any animal who is brought up, grown up or contains for production of food for people, including animals who are not used in food of the person, but treat types which are usually used in food of the person;
unproductive animals – any animal who is brought up or contains, but is not intended for food of the person, for example, the fur animals, pets and animals containing in laboratories, zoos or circuses;
the animals used for fur – any animal who is not intended for consumption by the person and production of food which is brought up, gets divorced or contains for fur production;
pet – any animal who is brought up, gets divorced or contains, but does not intend for production of food or for fur production and is not used in food of the person;
