About approval of the List of types of the professions and positions providing restriction of activities for narcological patients, and restriction terms

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About narcological service and narcological control" of September 17, 2001 the No. 581 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "The list of types of the professions and positions providing restriction of activities for narcological patients and restriction terms" it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of the list of types of professions and positions on which restrictions for addicts" of March 15, 2000 are imposed No. 47.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

The list of types of the professions and positions providing restriction of activities for narcological patients and restriction terms

I. List of types of professions and positions

1. All types of professions and positions at the companies, in the organizations and the organizations participating in process of research, production, packaging, application, storage and sales of medicines, drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors.

2. Doctors of stations of emergency medical service, intensivists, oncologists and other medical positions which are directly connected with use and the recommendation of drugs and psychotropic substances in medical institutions.

3. All types of professions and positions in teaching and educational organizations.

4. All types of professions and positions in improving (seasonal) organizations for children and teenagers, in extra preschool institutions.

5. All types of professions and positions in preschool educational institutions.

6. All types of professions and positions on ensuring technical safety on production.

7. All types of professions and positions in network of special communication.

8. All types of professions and positions in services of the militarized protection.

9. All types of professions and positions on which there is special authority for the move, application and storage of weapon and supplies.

10. All types of professions and positions in bodies of defense, safety, judicial and law enforcement agencies.

11. The treasurers, cashiers, accountants and controllers who are engaged in transactions with cash liquidity in all organizations and bank system.

12. Collectors.

13. All types of professions and positions of gas-rescuing service, mine-rescue teams according to the prevention and elimination of open gas and oil fountains, fire service.

14. Workers by all types of the professions and positions which are directly connected with production process at the companies of the oil and gas industry.

15. The replaceable personnel serving installations in 127 V and above, making operational changes in them, the personnel making adjustments and the installation which is carrying out on them testing and performing works under high voltage such electrical units.

16. Dispatchers on all industries of economy.

17. All types of the professions and positions held on production sites using explosives on vzryvo-and fire-dangerous production sites.

18. The workers managing all modes of transport including the workers who are directly connected with movement in the company (drivers of auto-loaders, electrocars, traffic controllers).

II. Restriction terms

Restriction term for addicts and glue sniffers shall constitute 5 years, and for patients with chronic alcoholism - 3 years, on condition of long remission.

After the specified terms such patients, except for Items 9 and 10, can work at other professions and positions.
