The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Form Council for questions of functioning of system of social support of employees of the companies of coal industry and population of the territories on which the coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies which are in stage of liquidation (preservation), in structure according to appendix are placed.

2. Approve Regulations on Council for questions of functioning of system of social support of employees of the companies of coal industry and the population of the territories on which the coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies which are in stage of liquidation (preservation) are placed it (is applied).

Regulations on Council for questions of functioning of system of social support of employees of the companies of coal industry and the population of the territories on which the coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies which are in stage of liquidation (preservation) are placed

1. Council on questions of functioning of system of social support of employees of the companies of coal industry and population of the territories on which the coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies which are in stage of liquidation (preservation) (further - Council) are placed is temporary advisory advisory body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which is formed for provision of the organizational help during the solution of the questions connected with social support of employees of the companies of coal industry and population of the territories on whom the coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies which are in stage of liquidation (preservation) are placed.

2. Council in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and also this Provision.

3. The main tasks of Council are:

1) preparation of offers relatively:

determinations of the principles and strategic directions of functioning of system of social support of employees of the companies of coal industry and the population of the territories on which the coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies which are in stage of liquidation (preservation) are placed;

enhancements of the legislation regarding creation and ensuring functioning of the specified system of social support;

prevention of emergence of the negative social and economic effects connected with liquidation (preservation) of the coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies;

2) assistance:

to ensuring coordination of activities of the central executive bodies concerning functioning of system of social support of employees of the companies of coal industry and the population of the territories on which the coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies which are in stage of liquidation (preservation) which belong to competence of Council are placed;

to taking into account of public opinion during preparation of decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning functioning of the specified system of social support;

in provision of support to employees of the companies of coal industry, to members of their families and the population of the territories in which the coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies which are in stage of liquidation (preservation) are placed;

to preserving highly qualified personnel in coal industry and to their professional development, decrease in level of social tension among the population of the territories in which the coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies which are in stage of liquidation (preservation), and also to employment of workers of mountain professions of different age categories are placed;

in obtaining by employees of the companies of coal industry of the help in employment, social payments, and also provision of the privileges and guarantees provided by the law;

to increase in the employment level of the population of the territories in which the coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies which are in stage of liquidation (preservation) are placed;

to reconstruction of social infrastructure of the miner's cities, creation of conditions for support of small and medium business, development of the centers of social support;
