About inventory count and registration of the real estate units which are property of the administrative and territorial units which are in management of public educational institutions

   Based on the Law on public property of administrative and territorial units No. 523-XIV of July 16, 1999 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 124-125, 611), with subsequent changes and amendments, article 13 of the Law on administrative decentralization No. 435-XVI of December 28, 2006 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 29-31, 91), with subsequent changes and amendments, and the Law on local public authority No. 436-XVI of December 28, 2006 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 32-35, 116), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also for the purpose of inventory count of the real estate units which are in management of the public educational institutions which are property administrative territorilnykh units of the first or proceeding from circumstances of the second level, the Government DECIDES:

   1. Recommend to bodies of local public authority of the first or in need of the second level to carry out within 60 days from the effective date of this resolution inventory count of the real estate units which are in management of public educational institutions and on the balance sheet of the corresponding administrative and territorial units with creation in accordance with the established procedure of inventory reports. Inventory reports of real estate are drawn up based on the data directly or indirectly confirming their accessory and approved with departments of education.

   2. Recommend to local councils to make the decision on approval of inventory reports of all real estate units specified in Item 1 of this resolution which will form the basis for registration of objects in the Real estate register.

   3. To provide to bodies of local public authority registration of the property right of administrative and territorial units of the first or proceeding from circumstances of the second level on the real estate units specified in Item 1 of this resolution according to the current legislation.

   4. To provide to the agency of land relations and inventory methodical and legal aid in the course of inventory count and registration of the property right to the real estate units specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

   5. To the Ministry of Public Education once in half-year to inform the Government on progress in registration of the property right to the real estate units specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
