About enforcement of the Housing code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Enact the Housing code of the Kyrgyz Republic from the date of entry into force of this Law.

Article 2.

With enforcement of the Housing code of the Kyrgyz Republic to recognize invalid:

Article 3.

1. Before reduction of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Housing code of the Kyrgyz Republic the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic governing the housing relations are applied in the part which is not contradicting the Housing code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
