About the organization of activities of Fund of support of Olympians of Uzbekistan for National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan

1. Take into consideration that:

according to Item 5 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 25, 2013 No. PP-1923 "About training of athletes of Uzbekistan for the XXXI summer Olympic and XV Paralympic Games of 2016 in the city of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil)" provides creation of Fund of support of Olympians of Uzbekistan for National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan (further - Fund), and also particular purposes of use of fund and sources of forming of its income;

To the General Assembly of National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan the decision "On organization of Fund as non-state non-profit organization" is made, its charter is approved and the structure of the Board of trustees of Fund which at meeting on March 25, 2013 is elected (the protocol No. 1) the structure is approved and governing bodies of Fund are created;

forming of initial fund will be performed according to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 4, 2013 No. 98-f.

2. Approve:

structure of Fund of support of Olympians of Uzbekistan for National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on procedure for forming and use of fund of support of Olympians of Uzbekistan for National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan within two weeks to submit within the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan necessary documents for state registration of Fund.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.

"About procedure for forming and use of fund of support of Olympians of Uzbekistan for National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan"

I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for forming and use of fund of support of Olympians of Uzbekistan for National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan (further - Fund).

2. The fund is created for the purpose of ensuring high-quality preparation and successful performance of the athletes of Uzbekistan at the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

3. Activities of Fund have charitable character. Fund, irrespective of sources, is spent for goal achievement and the tasks assigned to Fund.

II. Sources of forming of fund

4. Sources of forming of fund are:

charitable gifts of republican federations and associations on the Olympic sports, other organizations, and also physical persons;

means of National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, sports federations and associations, organizations and clubs, extrabudgetary funds of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent;

grants and free aid of foreign countries, international organizations and financial institutions;

other sources which are not forbidden by the legislation.

III. Directions of use of fund

5. Fund is used on the following purposes:

financing of reconstruction and increase in equipment of the sports bases and centers set to federations and associations on the Olympic sports including strengthening of their material and sports infrastructure, acquisition of the sports equipment, stock and sports equipment;

material stimulation, social support of the caused a stir and talented athletes and trainers;

increase in professional skills of athletes, trainer's and judicial structures, including preparation and participation of the national teams of teams of Uzbekistan in the international competitions and educational training camps, and also payment of the expenses connected with involvement of highly skilled trainers and other sports specialists in the Olympic sports for work with the national teams as teams;

7. The board of Fund according to the purposes of use of fund, stipulated in Item the 5th this provision, determines the specific directions and makes decisions on use of fund.

The procedure for expenditure of fund affirms board decision of Fund.

IV. Management of fund

8. Coordination and control of use of fund are performed by the Board of trustees of Fund.
