About questions of support of development of soccer in Uzbekistan
For the purpose of implementation of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 1, 2006 No. PP-338 "About additional measures for development of soccer in Uzbekistan", and also further strengthening of material and technical resources of football clubs, decides Football federations of Uzbekistan and its Cabinet of Ministers territorial subdivisions:
1. Exempt from June 1, 2012 to January 1, 2018 professional football clubs, Football federation of Uzbekistan and its territorial subdivisions, with the target direction of the released funds for development of soccer, from payment:
customs payments (except charges for customs clearance) on the imported stock, the equipment and materials which are not made in the republic necessary for reconstruction of stadiums and strengthening of material and technical resources of football clubs; all types of tax and charges (except single social payment).
2. To the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to exercise strict control of target use of the means released in connection with provision of the specified privileges.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov and the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
