About approval of Requirements to the reporting under results of production environmental control
According to the subitem 30) of article 17 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics", I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Requirements to the reporting under results of production environmental control.
2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this order.
3. To provide to committee of ecological regulation and control in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and subsequent its publication in official mass media.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

1. These Requirements to the reporting under results of production environmental control (further - Requirements) extend on all physical persons and legal entity performing special environmental management.
2. The report on results of production environmental control is submitted in form according to appendix to these Requirements.
3. To the report of production environmental control the explanatory note about performance of works constituted by the user of nature in any form is provided.
4. The reporting on accomplishment of the program of production environmental control and the explanatory note to it are provided in territorial authorities in the field of environmental protection according to the schedules specified in Items 5 and 6 of these Requirements.
5. Schedule of submission of periodic reports:
the report on monitoring of emissions in the atmosphere, is submitted quarterly, within 10 working days after reporting quarter;
the report on monitoring of dumpings into water, is submitted quarterly, within 10 working days after reporting quarter;
the report on monitoring of waste, is submitted quarterly, within 10 working days after reporting quarter;
the report on monitoring of level of pollution of lands, is submitted quarterly, within 10 working days after reporting quarter;
the report on radiation monitoring, is submitted quarterly, within 10 working days after reporting quarter;
the report on monitoring of impact on sanitary protection zone border (atmospheric air, water resources, soil cover) is submitted quarterly, within 10 working days after reporting quarter;
the report on gas monitoring on polygons of placement of waste, is submitted quarterly, within 10 working days after reporting quarter.
6. The schedule of submission of periodic reports within production environmental monitoring when carrying out oil operations in the Kazakhstan sector of the Caspian Sea:
1) quarterly and annual statements on operational environmental monitoring are submitted within 10 working days after the termination of reporting quarter;
2) quarterly and annual statements on monitoring of issues are submitted within 10 working days after the reporting period;
3) annual statements on monitoring of impact are submitted by the user of nature within 2 months after the reporting period.
