1. Approve the List of objects and types of activity for which development of materials on environmental impact assessment is obligatory it (is applied).

2. Exclude appendix 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 3, 2006 No. 464 "About approval of the Evaluation procedure of impact on the environment".

The list of objects and types of activity for which development of materials on environmental impact assessment is obligatory

1. The objects and types of activity belonging to the I category of impact on the environment (high risk):

- highways, subway, railroads, high-speed highway and freight terminals of republican value;

- the airports with runway of 2100 meters and more;

- bases of oil and oil products I and II of category;

- water storage basins in amount over 200 million m3;

- mining and processing factories with a productivity over 1 million tons of ore a year;

- city polygons of household waste (for the cities with population more than 200 thousand people);

- hydroelectric power stations capacity more than 300 MW;

- production of mining and mining and chemical raw materials in amount of mountain weight of 200 million m3 a year and more, recultivation of the pits formed in case of production;

- production of fuel resources (oil, gas, coal, etc.);

- plants of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy;

- water intakes of underground waters of interregional value;

- conduits of republican and interregional value;

- water storage basins in amount to 200 million m3;

- hydroelectric power stations with capacity of 30 MW and less;

- city polygons, household waste (for settlements numbering from 100 to 200 thousand people);

- mining and processing factories with a productivity up to 1 million tons;

- depot railway;

- production of mining and mining and chemical raw materials with amount of mountain weight to 2 million m3 a year and recultivation of the pits formed in case of production;

- spinning and weaving mills in the presence of the tinctorial and overworking workshops;

- radio engineering and electronic industry;

- reconstruction and meliorative improvement of the old irrigated lands on the areas more than 1000 hectares;
