About approval of the Procedure for creation of the ecological passport for objects of economic and other activity

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for creation of the ecological passport for objects of economic and other activity.

2. To the state agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

- introduce in accordance with the established procedure drafts of the regulatory legal acts following from this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and ecology of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

Procedure for creation of the ecological passport for objects of economic and other activity

This Procedure for creation of the ecological passport for objects of economic and other activity (further - the Procedure) establishes requirements to registration and contents of the ecological passport for objects of economic and other activity, for the purpose of determination of influence of objects of economic and other activity on the environment and observance control by them of nature protection regulations and rules in the course of their activities.

Classification of types of the companies is made according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "The general technical regulation on providing ecological safety in the Kyrgyz Republic" and the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the main scheme of the qualifier of types of the companies" of February 17, 1998 No. 78.
