According to article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service", article 106 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, Item 35 of the Regulations on passing by citizens of Ukraine decides services in war reserve of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 10, 2012 No. 470, Item 28 of the Regulations on passing by citizens of Ukraine services in war reserve of the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 29, 2012 No. 618, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

1. Approve the list of family circumstances and other reasonable excuses which can be the basis for dismissal of citizens from military service and from service of faces of the private and the commanding structure which is applied.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1994 No. 150 "About approval of the list of family circumstances and other reasonable excuses which can be the basis for dismissal from military service of the military personnel who serves under the contract" (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 7, of the Art. 166);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 19, 2012 No. 1170 "About distribution of operation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1994 No. 150 on citizens who serve in war reserve" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 97, of the Art. 3914).

The list of family circumstances and other reasonable excuses which can be the basis for dismissal of citizens from military service and from service of faces of the private and the commanding structure

Military personnel, except the military personnel of compulsory military service, and face of the private and the commanding structure at their request can be discharged from military service and from service of faces of the private and the commanding structure because of such family circumstances and other reasonable excuses:

education by mother (father) - to the military personnel, face of the private or the commanding structure which (which) is not married, the child or several children, which to her (with it) live, without father (mother);

content by mother (father) - to the military personnel, face of the private or the commanding structure which (which) is not married, the full age daughter, the son aged up to 23 years if she (he) is disabled person of I or II groups or continues study (students, cadets, listeners (except cadets and students of military educational institutions), trainees of higher educational institution) and with respect thereto needs financial support of mother (father);

marriage by the serviceman, face of the private or the commanding structure with the citizen (citizen) of Ukraine, the foreigner or the stateless person which constantly lives outside Ukraine;

the disease of the serviceman, face of the private or the commanding structure or member of his family if such disease according to the conclusion medical or medical commission of experts interferes with the serviceman or to face of the private or the commanding structure to serve in this area or to live in it to the member of his family, in case of lack of possibility of moving (transfer) to other area;

need of permanent foreign care of the sick wife (husband), the child, and also the parents or the wife (husband) who is confirmed by the corresponding medical certificate of medico-social commission of experts for persons age over 18 years or the medical and advisory commission for persons up to 18 years;

availability at the serviceman, face of the private or the commanding list of three and more children;

impossibility of appointment of one of the military personnel, faces of the private or the commanding structure who is married, within one settlement (garrison) in case of movement (transfer) of the wife (husband) to the new duty station to other settlement (garrison);

long-term overseas business trip of the wife (husband) of the serviceman, face of the private and the commanding structure.

in the name of the resolution of the word and figures "bodies and divisions of civil protection of operation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1994 No. 150" shall be replaced with words also in figures "operations of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 12, 2013 No. 413";
