1. Approve the list of family circumstances and other reasonable excuses which can be the basis for dismissal of citizens and from service of faces of the private and the commanding structure which is applied.
2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1994 No. 150 "About approval of the list of family circumstances and other reasonable excuses which can be the basis for dismissal from military service of the military personnel who serves under the contract" (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 7, of the Art. 166);
