1. Approve "The exact list of types of property on which it is not allowed to turn collection in case of execution of the executive document concerning physical person" (is attached).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

The exact list of types of property on which it is not allowed to turn collection in case of execution of the executive document concerning physical person

In case of execution of the executive document concerning physical person, except as specified, provided by the note to this List, it is not allowed to turn the requirement of the following property:

1) the apartment, the house or its separate parts providing cohabitation of the debtor and his family within sanitary standards and also garden plot under them (no more than one house or apartments on family);

2) economic constructions or their separate parts, and also the earth under them for the debtor whose major activity is the agricultural industry, and his families;

3) to 1,0 of hectare of the parcel of land of agricultural purpose for the debtor whose major activity is the agricultural industry, and his families;

4) one head of livestock of all types and other pets and couple of poultry for physical persons which major activity is the agricultural industry;

5) the forage necessary for livestock till new harvest of forage or pasture of the cattle for physical persons which major activity is the agricultural industry;

6) the seeds necessary for the debtor physical person whose major activity is the agricultural industry for the next crops;

7) the food necessary for the debtor physical person which major activity is the agricultural industry, and his family till new harvest, and for other debtors - food for 1 month;

8) the heating furnace and the fuel necessary which do not have essential value during the season for cooking and heating of premises of family;

9) equipment necessary for continuation of professional activity of the debtor, including book and means in the specialty;

10) special vehicles for movement of disabled people;

11) firearms, ammunition and other hunting tools for persons whose main source of existence is hunting;

12) the international and other prizes earned by the debtor and members of his family;

13) following the home equipment, things and clothes;

a) clothes on each person: one summer, one autumn clothes, one winter coat or other outerwear, one winter suit (for women - two pairs of winter clothes), one summer suit (for women - two pairs of summer clothes), one headdress for every season (for women, besides, two head scarfs for the summer and one warm head scarf or head shawl), others the clothes and headdresses which were in the long use and lost value;

b) the footwear which were in the use, underwear, the used bedding, ware and kitchen accessories, except for made of precious materials, and also being of art value;

c) furniture - one bed and one chair on each person, on one family - one table, one case, one chest, one refrigerator, one radio and one TV which are available in the apartment;

d) all children's accessories.
