1. Approve "The exact list of types of property on which it is not allowed to turn collection in case of execution of the executive document concerning physical person" (is attached).

In case of execution of the executive document concerning physical person, except as specified, provided by the note to this List, it is not allowed to turn the requirement of the following property:

1) the apartment, the house or its separate parts providing cohabitation of the debtor and his family within sanitary standards and also garden plot under them (no more than one house or apartments on family);

2) economic constructions or their separate parts, and also the earth under them for the debtor whose major activity is the agricultural industry, and his families;

3) to 1,0 of hectare of the parcel of land of agricultural purpose for the debtor whose major activity is the agricultural industry, and his families;
