1. Approve form of the decision of tax authority on withdrawal of tax statements according to appendix to this order.
3. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Dzhumadildayev A. S.) bring this order to the attention of tax authorities.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dalenov R. E.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing and extends to the relations arising since January 1, 2013.
