Similar clauses will take the effect not earlier than as for the ninetieth day after obtaining by the Secretary general of the statement stated above.
Each of High contracting parties can use in case of urgency the clauses provided by Articles 7 and 22 of the specified Appendix 2, after ratification or accession. In these cases she shall report about it directly and immediately to all other Contracting Parties and the Secretary general of the League of Nations. The statement for these clauses will come into the force in two days after obtaining by High contracting parties of the specified message.

This Convention will become effective only after its ratification or accession to it from seven members of the league of the Nations or the states not of members of the league of the Nations among which there shall be three members of the league of the Nations provided constantly in Council follows.
Date of entry into force there will be the ninetieth day after receipt by the Secretary general of the League of Nations of the seventh ratification letter or the document on accession according to the first paragraph of this Article.

In urgent cases the High contracting party which will make denouncement, will report about it directly and immediately to all other High contracting parties and denouncement will become effective in two days after obtaining by the specified High contracting parties of the specified message. The High contracting party denouncing in these conditions will inform also on the intention the Secretary general of the League of Nations.
Each denouncement will be valid only for that High contracting party on behalf of which it will be made.
Any member of the league Natsy and any state not the member of the league Natsy concerning whom this Convention is in force can after the expiration of the fourth year from the date of the introduction of the Convention in force ask the Secretary general of the League of Nations to review some or all resolutions of this Convention.
If such request told other members of the league of the Nations or to the states not to members of the league of the Nations between which the Convention will be at that time in force is supported within one year by at least than six of them, Council of the League of Nations will decide whether it is necessary to convene on it conference.
